Thirteen Hungry Men:
This is the House of Joseph. Every Thursday a nutritional meal is prepared and delivered to House of Joseph by a volunteer driver from St. Mary’s.
House of Joseph provides emergency shelter and services for homeless employable
men who strive to reach their next step on the road to independent living.
St. Mary’s parishioners are asked to make a full meal consisting of an entree, vegetable, starch, salad, roll and dessert. You can partner with a friend or choose to make the entire meal yourself. The meal is dropped off at St. Mary’s office kitchen by 9:15 am where a dedicated driver will then pick up and deliver to HOJ.
If you would like to prepare a meal or deliver to House of Joseph, you can sign up on
the website. If you have any questions, you can contact Marcia the coordinator for this
ministry.
